Back Orders Halved

In recent years, we have carefully monitored back orders to reduce delivery times. 

While back orders are an inevitable part of distributing a diverse range of products from over 40 manufacturers, we are pleased to report that our investment in software systems has reduced back orders by more than half over the last two years.

We dislike back orders as much as you do, as they cause delays for you and add extra work and costs for us.

Our work is ongoing, and we are currently developing bespoke reports to analyse sales orders against order dates and purchase order cover status, with the aim to further improving our service.
